Caravan Orchestra and Choir

The Caravan Orchestra & Choir, the Shimon Peres Prize-Winning cooperative project of Yiddish Summer Weimar, Haifa University and the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar, returns in 2022 with a new team of coaches and a new program. What remains the same is the incredible energy and inspiration generated by young musicians from Israel and Europe diving deep into their own and each other’s musical traditions and re-emerging with musical hybrids that have never before existed.
