10 years ago, Adrian Receanu stunned audiences in Weimar and around the world with his lightning virtuosity as the Moldavian clarinetist of the 14 piece Klezmer/Lautari orchestra, The Other Europeans. Now a resident of Brussels, Belgium, Receanu returns to his musical roots with this brilliant, new quartet. Featuring traditional Moldavian music, his own original compositions and works by Emil Kroytor, the greatest living Moldavian Jewish composer of dance tunes, Receanu and his colleagues draw from the deep river of Moldavian music in which Yiddish, Greco-Turkish, Romanian and many other musical worlds flow together.

In case of bad weather the concert will take place at mon ami.
