Music of Southeastern Europe between Orient and Occident

Founded in 2003 by graduates of the National Music University in Bucharest united in their mission to revitalize old Romanian music of the 14th-19th centuries, the ensemble performs on traditional instruments and re-creates historical musical soundscapes. In this concert, the Anton Pann Ensemble presents the lively exchange among diverse musical traditions of Southeastern Europe in the context of Ottoman culture. Sublimely beautiful.

In case of bad weather the concert will take place at mon ami.
